DAY 1: CUSCO - SORAYPAMPA - SALKANTAYPAMPA

First, our tour begins with your pickup from your hotel, in the city of Cusco, at 4:30 a.m. to go to Soraypampa, in our modern tourist transport units and perfecting biosecurity protocols. Likewise, during the tour, we will admire the unique landscapes and pictorial communities of the region and following the established itinerary, we will arrive at Soraypampa, where we will have our buffet breakfast at the “MOLLECHAYOQ HOUSE” restaurant. To then begin our trek towards Challapata with a duration of 3 hours.

Arriving at the site, we will have our lunch before continuing with the tour. After the rest, we will continue with our walk towards the camp in Salkantaypampa, at 4200 m.a.s.l. in approximately 2 hours. To finish the tour of the day, we will have dinner at the camp and spend the night there to start our trip to Humantay the next day.

DAY 2: SALKANTAYPAMPA - HUMANTAY LAKE - SORAYPAMPA - CUSCO

We will start the day with breakfast at 7:00 am. In the Salkantaypampa camp, and we will start with a walk of approximately 3 hours towards the Humantay lake. Upon arrival at the lake, our guide will give a brief introduction about it and the mysteries behind the color of its waters. Likewise, a space of 45 minutes will be given to take photos and videos of the flora and fauna that lie in the place.
Returning to Salkantaypampa, we will have our lunch and then finish the tour upon arrival in the city of Cusco in our transport.

OVERVIEW

CHONTA CANYON AND HUMANTAY LAKE TOUR 2D/1 N

DAY 1: CUSCO – QUILLARUMIYOC – TARAWASI – CHONTA – CONDOR VIEWPOINT– MOLLEPATA.

Our tour begins with him picking you up from your hotel at 8:00 am, in our modern tourist transport units, to go to Mollepata, where we will make 2 stops on the way and visit the archaeological complexes of Killarumiyoq (Temple of the Moon and Fertility) and Tarawasi (Tambo of the Inca), in fact, the latter shows a polygonal structure that forms sunflowers, allowing us to appreciate the Inca engineering.

After this visit, we will go to the Huayronca bridge, from there we will start a walk through the terraces to be able to take photos and videos of the snow-capped Salkantay and the Limatambo valley.
